Food was incredible. You can definately tell everything is fresh. Only concern was service at the bar. It was so crowded that once we got our food we were forgotten about. No one came over to check on us, see if we needed anything or got us another drink. After 15 minutes we left.

Ordered the homemade chips what else? They were 10 out of 10 and I recommend it for everybody else and other food there and I think it's gonna be a good place for everybody else and good place and great food to and fun and cool place too

We returned to NY in October, and in the 3 weeks we were there, we had the chicken parm with vodka sauce TWO times !! Yep, we love it THAT much. It is soooooooo amazing. The BEST chicken parm EVER. It's that killer vodka sauce.

Charred Brick Oven just gained another fan! My cousin and I stopped in last week as I had driven by in the past and heard great things. Honestly, though, nothing could have prepared me for the delicious culinary experience I was about to embark on. First of all, during the summer, everyone has to try their watermelon salad! It was phenomenal with a unique and yummy blend of flavors. I also highly recommend the gnocchi bomb, which was one of the best sauces and pastas I have ever had! The service was a little rushed, but I understand as the restaurant was busy. I will definitely be returning!

Did I not review Charred ? Hmmm We loved it here despite the kind of haphazard seating, pizza boxes lining the aisle where we sat. It's been about 10 months, so perhaps the dining room has changed. We had a Margarita Pizza, a good way to feel out a Brick Oven's skills...good, solid crust. Our daughter loves a Vodka Chicken Parm Rigatoni & this did not disappoint. I had the stuffed artichoke, and it was fabulous. Really good in a nice lemony sauce, not just a pool of oil& breadcrumbs. The filling seemed to have Panko which was a nice twist & held together well, showcasing the flavors & ingredients. We want to return with a group but they do not accept a reservation, so will stick to returning on an off night with 2-3 people.

I've wanted to check out Charred ever since they opened in Seaford. So far, in the last month, I've dined here twice. Both times, I was very happy with the food. The first time, I had the Chicken Parmigiana which came with Rigatoni. It was cooked perfectly and the sauce was really good. And the portion was really big. The second time, I had the Shrimp Oreganata. I've never had this dish before, but it sounded good so I decided to try it. It definitely was the right choice! The shrimp, white wine sauce, breadcrumbs was such a good mix. I definitely recommend it. I had a slice of the Veggie Italiana pizza that my friends ordered and I thought it was one of the better pizzas in the area. I'm always in the mood for Italian food, so I will definitely be back!
